How It Works

A real kitchen, not a catering truck

Costa Fuego builds custom menus for every catering order, from taco bars and seafood displays to wood-fired pizza spreads. The one nobody forgets is the portable sushi bar, rolled out with a chef cutting to order, or a set of custom sushi platters ready to go.

Full bar service is available for events through the Costa Fuego bar. Outside alcohol is not permitted under California ABC licensing, so all drinks are provided and served by us.

Wood-fired pizza in quantity appreciates 24-hour notice, since the dough takes half a day to rise. Call ahead and we will build the rest of the menu around your date.
