The Fuego half of our name is not just about the pizza oven. Tequila anchors the bar: poured neat, or shaken into margaritas made with fresh lime, never from a bottle.

On a hot Woodland afternoon, the move is a frozen margarita on the deck while wakeboarders carve past. On a slow morning, it is a mimosa flight at the rail.
